No guaranteed outcome or relationship

Skannova does not guarantee employment, placement, candidate availability, interview selection, project results, or any other outcome. Contacting us or submitting information does not create an employment, candidate-representation, agency, client, fiduciary, or contractual relationship. Any engagement requires a separate written agreement.

Candidate and résumé submissions

You are responsible for ensuring that résumé and candidate information is accurate, current, and lawfully submitted. Skannova may decline, remove, or stop processing a submission. A résumé upload or recruiter conversation does not authorize submission to an employer unless the specific opportunity and submission are discussed with the candidate.

AI-assisted search and application support

Skannova may use technology to support opportunity research, profile organization, matching, and application preparation. Matching results are informational suggestions based on the details you provide; they are not hiring decisions, eligibility determinations, or professional advice. Technology-generated results may be incomplete or inaccurate and require your review. Skannova does not promise that every identified opportunity is open, suitable, authorized for submission, or available under a particular employment model. Candidate authorization and accurate information remain required.

Third-party job listings and applications

Selected job listings are retrieved from public employer career systems for discovery. The named employer controls each listing, its accuracy, availability, qualifications, compensation, application process, interviews, and hiring decisions. Unless expressly stated, a listing does not mean Skannova represents the employer or has authority to submit a candidate. External application links take you to third-party services governed by their own terms and privacy practices.

Digital marketing services

Digital marketing services require a separate written proposal, statement of work, or agreement. The client is responsible for the accuracy and legality of its claims, offers, instructions, account permissions, and supplied materials, and for confirming that it owns or may lawfully use them. Portfolio publication, endorsements, and use of client names or marks require appropriate permission. Third-party platforms control their policies, algorithms, availability, reporting, and enforcement. Skannova does not guarantee reach, engagement, leads, sales, revenue, search rankings, or continued platform availability.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, scrape personal information, impersonate another person, or use the website in violation of applicable law.

Intellectual property

The website’s design, text, graphics, logos, and other content are owned by or licensed to Skannova and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. No rights are granted except the limited right to use the website for its intended purpose.
