Any engagement requires a separate written agreement.

Candidate and résumé submissions

You are responsible for ensuring that résumé and candidate information is accurate, current, and lawfully submitted. Skannova may decline, remove, or stop processing a submission. A résumé upload or recruiter conversation does not authorize submission to an employer unless the specific opportunity and submission are discussed with the candidate.

AI-assisted search and application support

Skannova may use technology to support opportunity research, profile organization, matching, and application preparation. Technology-generated results may be incomplete or inaccurate and require human review. Skannova does not promise that every identified opportunity is open, suitable, authorized for submission, or available under a particular employment model. Candidate authorization and accurate information remain required.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, scrape personal information, impersonate another person, or use the website in violation of applicable law.

Intellectual property

The website’s design, text, graphics, logos, and other content are owned by or licensed to Skannova and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. No rights are granted except the limited right to use the website for its intended purpose.
