You may provide your name, email address, professional interests, résumé or work history, hiring needs, and other information when you contact us. Please do not send sensitive personal information that is not necessary for your enquiry.

Contact inquiries

When you submit a website inquiry, Skannova receives and privately stores the contact details, inquiry type, and message you provide so we can review, respond, maintain an appropriate business record, and protect against abuse. A successful submission displays a confirmation reference. You may also contact the published business email directly, in which case your email provider’s privacy practices apply.

Digital marketing inquiries and services

For digital marketing inquiries or engagements, Skannova may process business contact details, organization and social-account identifiers, channel information, content briefs, supplied materials, approvals, platform-access details, and available campaign or performance data. This information is used to prepare proposals, coordinate services, maintain approval records, deliver agreed work, report available results, protect account access, and meet business or legal obligations. Marketing-service information is handled for that purpose and is not treated as a candidate résumé submission.

Analytics and third-party platforms

When enabled, website analytics and third-party marketing platforms may process technical, device, usage, audience, or campaign information under their own terms and privacy practices. Skannova uses only the access and data reasonably needed for the agreed service and may rely on hosting, analytics, content, communications, and platform providers as operational processors.

Résumé submissions

When you use the résumé-upload feature, Skannova receives and stores the file together with the name, email address, and specialization you provide. We use this information for recruiting, candidate communication, evaluating potential alignment with opportunities, maintaining submission records, and meeting legal or compliance obligations. Submitting a résumé does not guarantee contact, representation, submission to an employer, interview, or employment.

Candidate information and employer disclosure

We may discuss a specific opportunity with you and request your authorization before presenting your résumé to a prospective employer or staffing partner. Information may also be shared with service providers that host or secure our systems, subject to appropriate operational controls. Please provide only accurate information that you are authorized to share.

How we may use information

We may use information we receive to respond to enquiries, evaluate staffing or partnership requests, communicate about relevant opportunities, maintain business records, comply with legal obligations, and protect our rights and systems.

AI-assisted processing and human review

Skannova may use technology, including AI-assisted tools, to organize candidate information, support opportunity research, compare stated qualifications with role criteria, and prepare recruiting communications. When you request a job match, the professional details and preferences you enter may be processed by an AI service provider to generate the shortlist. Your name and plaintext email address are excluded from the matching prompt, and your résumé is not sent through the job-matching form. These tools support discovery; they do not guarantee suitability, eligibility, submission, interview, or employment. Skannova personnel review recruiting decisions within our control, while each employer controls its own interview and hiring decisions.

Public job listings and external applications

The jobs page retrieves selected published roles from public employer career systems. Skannova may temporarily cache role titles, locations, posting dates, categories, and official application links to operate the search experience. When you choose to continue, you leave Skannova’s website and apply through the employer’s system, whose privacy notice and terms apply.

Sharing and retention

We may share information with service providers and professional advisers that support our operations, or when required by law. Contact inquiries and candidate records are retained only as long as reasonably necessary for recruiting, business communication, legal, accounting, security, and recordkeeping needs. Access is limited to people and service providers with an operational need. You may request deletion, although limited records may be retained where required or permitted by law.

Security and updates

Website submissions are transmitted over HTTPS and stored in private application storage. File type and size controls are applied to résumé uploads, and public access to uploaded files is not provided. These controls reduce risk but cannot eliminate it; no electronic transmission or storage method is completely secure. We may update this notice as our services or legal obligations change and will post the revised effective date here.
